RTE film 4th Class in Ballyfermot Library!

4th class were so lucky to get to visit the 'Ballyfermot Lighthouse' exhibition in Ballyfermot Library last week. The children were given the case study about the mysterious lighthouse that was recently gifted to the library. The children had to study the lighthouse using flashlights and magnifying glasses. There was lots of evidence the children had to study and examine, before coming up with their own theories about the mystery of the lighthouse. RTE filmed our class and asked them question about their theories. The boys and girls had a great day and were a credit to our school. Well done everyone!

Maths Week 2022 and visiting Senior Infants

4th class visited both Senior Infants classes to help them with their patterns for Maths week. We had a great time helping them and can't wait to visit again soon!

4th class have been busy revising the time over the past week. They had lots of fun playing our 'beat the clock' game on the board. Check out our pictures:

4th class also learned about tessellation. They used different forms of 2D Shapes to create their own tessellation pieces.
